Moral Courage. "A seven letters word" (Bombastic)
One of those many attributes in leadership. The ability to have the guts to stand up and speak for what you believe to be right when you disagree with others, or when you discover that things are wrong or not going the way they should.
However, the bitter part of it is not everyone will love or admire your courage. Most of the times, you will end up in unnecessary arguments. To please everyone especially your supervisors is not as easy as you thought. When you have attain Moral Courage, you will be the pain in someones' ass.
As for me, I am already someones' pain in the ass.
